Feb. 9, 10-11:30 am -- Meet Our Perugia Members via Zoom

Sister cities are not unilateral; in addition to Seattle Perugia Sister-City Association, there is the Gemellaggio Perugia Seattle, working on behalf of mutual understanding and cultural exchange in Umbria. The two halves of the organization have joined forces in the past on projects like Sister Orca, the monumental Marvin Oliver sculpture now in Perugia, and Migration, a juried exhibition of Seattle and Perugia artists that took place in Perugia in autumn 2022. We are ready for our next big collaboration!

Please join us February 9 from 10-11:30 am for this special opportunity to meet our Perugia counterparts via Zoom! We will all have the opportunity to introduce ourselves, say why we are involved in the sister city organization, and hear about potential upcoming joint projects between the Seattle and Perugia branches of our 30+-year-old organization. The meeting will take place both in English and in Italian, with board member and native Perugian Elisabetta Valentini helping translate.
