Please keep your membership current. Annual dues are still only $25 per individual and $35 per couple/family!
Our Annual General Membership meeting will be held in August 2025 in conjunction with our membership picnic. Details will be sent out one month prior. At this event, we have a wonderful opportunity to meet with one another in person, share good food and beverages, and also conduct the annual vote of our Board members.
In addition, La Tavola Italiana, our semi-monthly members' Italian conversation group, continues virtually on Zoom, generally with one extra "di persona" meeting a month. And we host other events throughout the year including lectures, musical events, wine tastings, and more; members are notified in advance via email or the newsletter, Il Grifone.
Don't forget that if you ever intend to apply for the SPSCA Scholarship to study at the Universita' per Stranieri in Perugia, you will need to have been a member in good standing for a year before the application deadline. So if you are dreaming of free tuition for a month of Italian study in Perugia some day, keep your membership current!
We‘re excited about the year ahead and ask you to join us again! We also ask that you consider a donation as well as your membership renewal to support our special programs such as the Scholarships at the University for Foreigners in Perugia and joint activities being planned by and for members in both Seattle and Perugia. We depend on the generosity of our members and friends who make special contributions to help sustain and advance our mission, events and activities. You can easily make an additional donation through our website or on your membership form. SPSCA is a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and all donations are tax-deductible to the full extent allowable by law.
Member Benefits
Member-only, free or reduced price events and opportunity to receive free admission to SIFF films during the Cinema Italian Style .
Also, only members can apply for a one-month scholarship and stipend to study Italian in Perugia at one of Europe's most respected universities for foreigners. Or join us twice a month for La Tavola Italiana for a lively conversation group.
